My expertise spans HSE leadership, competency-based training design, and psychological safety—bringing together both operational insight and human-centered perspectives.

I specialize in fostering safer, more engaged, and high-performing teams by integrating clinical understanding with established HSE frameworks. My current focus on Workplace Psychological Safety, supported by my ongoing M.Sc. in Psychology, reflects my commitment to addressing both visible and invisible risks that impact employee performance and organizational culture.

Throughout my career, I have developed and delivered comprehensive, evidence-based training programs for diverse, multicultural workforces. I continue to coach and consult leaders, supervisors, and frontline teams across various industries to strengthen safety culture, emotional intelligence, and proactive risk management.
