2. DEFINITIONS
   1. Payment Instrument: Includes credit card, debit card, UPI, IMPS, bank account, or any other approved payment method.
   2. Platform: The website or application where services/products are offered.
   3. Transaction: Any purchase request made by the User.
   4. Transaction Amount: The total amount paid for a transaction.
   5. User: Any person accessing or using the Platform.
   6. Website: Refers to the platform or mobile application used.
3. MERCHANT’S RIGHTS
   1. We may collect, store, and use your information to provide services, process transactions, and communicate with you.
4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
   1. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including personal and payment details required to complete transactions.
5. PROHIBITED ACTIONS
   1. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
   2. You agree not to:
      1. Collect data or content without permission
      2. Create fake accounts or misuse user information
      3. Bypass or interfere with platform security
      4. Engage in fraud or misleading activities
      5. Upload harmful software, spam, or malicious code
      6. Reverse engineer or copy platform code
      7. Harass, abuse, or harm others
      8. Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   1. In case of defective products or services, your sole remedy is to request a refund as per applicable policy.
   2. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
   3. You agree to indemnify and hold the Merchant harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
7. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
   1. Reviews must be based on genuine experience and must not include:
      1. Abusive or offensive language
      2. False or misleading information
      3. Discriminatory or illegal content
   2. We reserve the right to remove or moderate reviews at our discretion.
   3. By posting reviews, you grant us the right to use and display the content.
8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
   1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
   2. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
   3. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English, and the decision will be final and binding.
9. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
   1. For complaints or queries, including payment issues or refunds, please contact us through the official support channel.
10. DISCLAIMER

    All transactions are undertaken at your own risk. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of payment instruments, transaction failures, or third-party service issues.

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
